I made a claim to replace a cracked windshield through USAA and later on they called me to let me know that the replacement will take place the next day, in the afternoon! The reason was because they don't have the parts in stock! When I complained they told me it was scheduled for the next day! I was thinking of being replaced the same day. Bad business, they aren't what they were before.
Claimed loss: I can't drive my car and needed to bother someone else for help.
Desired outcome: If they promise to replace a windshield in the same they; they should have parts in stock for emergencies,
