Safelite AutoGlass review: Missing clip from drivers side window - fell in as I was driving

Have emailed and called numerous times to no avail. No response back, no email back - nothing. Paid $288.87 for a pos drivers side window glass that is no good (missing one clip). Also my other window did not roll up because the tech did not know what he was doing and messed with the wires. Anyways I want a refund asap. Had to pay for a new driver side window glass and to install. Was cheaper and they did it in one hour. I was waiting for 2 to 3 weeks just to get the window glass from safelite. I want safelite to pick up the po crap their drivers side window glass and refund my monies. Thank-you
