The Safelite Technician, during installation of a new windshield, accidentally got a few inches of black adhesive on the car's cream-colored headliner during the installation process. He attempted to clean it off of the headliner and rubbed so hard that he punched a hole in our headliner.
We now have a hole the size of a nickel surrounded by a few inches of black adhesive.
We filled out a complaint and NO ONE has responded in over 60 days.
We need to hear from someone...or our attorney will be our next contact.

Desired outcome: Requesting reimbursement check so that we can have the headliner installed by our dealership-- we obtained 2 quotes as requested by the Safelite Manager.
