Driving to Liverpool NSW from Campbelltown on the M5 behind a work van with a trailer on back (TE45CQ) which was losing debris, Dirt and Small Pebbles.

As it was hitting my Windscreen and not knowing if a bigger Pebble may fly out, I thought I'd do the right thing and let the Driver know.

I told him he was losing stuff out of the trailer and he was very rude and told me to "get over it".

Should his Trailer not be covered with a Tarp.

I got some problems with our pool from Narellan Pools. They didn't finish some details like caulking under the coping stone and fixing scratches. Also, our heater has been acting up all summer and we've been trying to get service for it since it's under warranty. It's been a year and we still haven't gotten these issues fixed. We just want to be done with this company.

Narellan Pools and their installers are taking money from customers without delivering the product or service. They take deposits of $40k or more and do not complete the job. They keep the deposit and advise customers to take legal action. Many people have been victims of this fraud. Canada needs to take action against this business. Removing their trusted accreditation would be a good start. Thank you.

We got Narellan Pools to put in a pool and waterfall in Spring 2020. We agreed on the pool size and price with the rep. But after they delivered and installed it, the rep said they messed up the price and wanted us to pay more. They said they'd cover the mistake, but then changed their minds. Also, the landscaper we hired didn't trust the pool installer to build a good foundation for the waterfall, so they did it instead. The pool rep said they'd give us a safety cover instead of the waterfall. But now they're holding the cover hostage and want us to pay more for their mistake.

I paid Narellan Pools $93k in full for a nightmare installation experience. They blocked my negative review from Google. I ordered in April and it was supposed to be completed in June, but they had us pull our fence down on August 28th. It's now October 6th and there is no firm date for completion. The delay was on Narellan's end and their contractor consistently ignored attempts to contact them. They didn't assist in obtaining plans or drawings, advise us of the need for temporary fencing, or communicate with us regarding the process. They also forgot to tell us we needed to choose coping stone until it was too late. They left wooden mats on our lawn for 5 weeks instead of the promised 5 days, destroying our lawn. Due to the constant lies and delays, we can't have our other contractor finish our backyard this year. We have extensive documentation and there's more to the story, but there's a character limit.
