Ryan Homes review: #2066719 sub-floors

Sub-floors were not properly glued and nailed. The sub-floors squeak under carpeting in the bedroom; the wood floor heaves where the seams come together in the kitchen and hallway; in the master bath the flooring rubs on a nail when I step on the tile.
The flooring representative determined that the poor sub-floor installation was the issue since the problem occurs at the seams where the sub-floors boards join, not the installation of the carpets and floors.
