RW replaced my garbage disposal and sink stopper about three weeks ago

RW replaced my garbage disposal and sink stopper about three weeks ago. However, the new disposal runs very loud and vibrates my dishes, which never happened with the old one. Also, the sink stopper doesn't hold water and requires a lot of work to keep it in place. I called RW on 1/6/2022 and left a message with their answering service, but no one has called me back yet. I don't want to pay for another service call or involve my home warranty company. It's RW's responsibility to fix this issue at no extra cost. I think they're not returning my call because I gave them a bad review to the warranty company.
