The delivery process went well even on a day when a hurricane was brushing near us. The furniture was moved into a tight space with no problems. We are very pleased with our new reclining loveseat. It's super comfy and fits perfectly in our living room. The colors match our decor perfectly. The delivery guys were nice and didn't leave any mess behind. We had a great experience shopping at Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc. They have a wide selection of furniture and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be coming back for our future furniture needs. Highly recommend!

The guy at Blocker's was super nice, friendly, and knew his stuff. He helped us find just what we wanted at a good price. The delivery came right on time and was done really well. I would totally go back to Blocker's for more shopping!

I had a great time at Blocker's. I found just what I needed to complete my flex room decoration! Even though the salesperson was busy with other customers, she still made sure to check in with me from time to time. Blocker's has some really cool stuff, you should definitely give them a look.

about Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc. I am very disappointed with my recent purchase from this store. The furniture I bought was of poor quality and the carpets were not properly installed. I had to constantly call their customer service to get any kind of response, and even then, they were not helpful at all. The delivery was also delayed, causing a lot of inconvenience for me. Overall, my experience with Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc. was extremely frustrating and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Blocker's Furniture and Carpets I bought a new mattress and base from Blockers, but they didn't have the brackets for the headboard

I bought a new mattress and base from Blockers, but they didn't have the brackets for the headboard. They ordered the wrong part and now we have the wrong base. They keep telling me to wait for another part for the base. Meanwhile, my credit card got charged the full amount and the first payment is due in 10 days. I'm still not happy with my purchase. I just want others to know that this business isn't like it used to be. They don't call customers back!

Blocker's Furniture and Carpets I bought a 5 year warranty for my furniture, but it broke during the warranty period

I bought a 5 year warranty for my furniture, but it broke during the warranty period. I filed a claim with the warranty company in January 2022, and it's now May 2022 with no solution. The warranty company blames the furniture dealer, and the furniture dealer blames the warranty company and the supply chain. I followed all the instructions and even called the furniture dealer's customer service. They told me that the supplier of the required part takes 8 weeks to respond to emails. Here's the timeline: I filed a claim with Montage on January 24, 2022. A serviceman came and removed the broken part on February 24, 2022. On April 29, 2022, I received confirmation that the warranty company authorized the retailer to order the part. On the same day, I spoke with Chris S at Blockers, who informed me that the part manufacturer will take 8 weeks or more.

Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Bought a new couch from Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc about two weeks ago

Bought a new couch from Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc about two weeks ago. Paid $850 plus $125 for delivery, so around $1k in total. The couch was supposed to be delivered to my home on Wednesday, and it arrived on time. However, I was disappointed to see that the corner piece of the couch was a different color and texture compared to the rest of it. It was several shades lighter, and it didn't match at all.

I contacted the business to let them know about the issue, but unfortunately, the photo we took wasn't clear enough to show the discoloration properly (see attached photo). Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc refused to replace the piece or offer any compensation. I'm not sure if they stored that piece incorrectly or if it actually belongs to a different set altogether. Either way, I paid too much money to end up with a couch that doesn't match.

I really hope they can fix this problem quickly. It would be great if they could replace the corner piece with a new one from the same sectional. That way, I can finally have a complete and matching set.

I bought an Omnia Recliner from Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc for $2210.09, which included tax and free delivery. I made the purchase on 10/9 and was told that the delivery would take 6 to 8 weeks. However, I didn't hear anything from Blockers until about a month ago when I called them to find out what was happening with my order. After a while, the salesman, Tyler Wilson, told me that the fabric we chose was out of stock and that we would receive the delivery within 4 weeks. He didn't seem too concerned about it and that was the end of the conversation.

Today (2/1), I called again but couldn't get through to anyone other than the receptionist. At first, she couldn't find my order and asked for my name and contact information. Eventually, she located the order but didn't provide any specific information about the delivery. Instead, she said they would call me when it was ready to be delivered. I insisted on speaking to the salesman, but he wasn't available. I then asked to speak to the sales manager, but they were also unavailable. Finally, I requested to speak to the General Manager, but unfortunately, they were not available either.

Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Poor quality and customer service

Poor quality and customer service. I got my Power Recliner sofa loveseat set from Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc in April 2022. Unfortunately, the sofa recliner stopped working just 5 weeks later. Their tech, Lou, checked it out and said the motor was bad. They said they would order the part and have a tech call me next week to replace it. I've reached out to customer service (Chris) multiple times, but they said there's nothing they can do because the part is on back order. I even asked if I could get the motor from the same sofa that's in stock, but Chris said no. Chris promised to contact Parker House for an ETA on the motor and said she would email me an update. That was months ago, and I still haven't heard anything. I've checked all my email boxes, but no messages. They haven't even bothered to call me. I told Chris that we bought the recliner sofa because my husband had back surgery and needed something comfortable to sit on. I've never complained before, but this is the worst service and quality I've ever experienced. Once they have your money, they don't care about you anymore. We also purchased the extended warranty, but they said it doesn't cover this issue, so that was a waste of money too. Be careful when buying from them. Customer number *** and sales number 120-1420. The item number is 415-6240, and we bought it on April 24, 2022. I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

Blocker's Furniture and Carpets On 12/18, I bought a Liberty 7-piece Dining Room Set from Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc for $3,119.03

On 12/18, I bought a Liberty 7-piece Dining Room Set from Blocker's Furniture and Carpets Inc for $3,119.03. After just 2 months of owning it, I noticed some weird issue with the tabletop. It had some kind of problem that caused discoloration and stains. I had purchased the warranty, but when I tried to use it, they told me it wasn't covered because it wasn't an accident.

So, I called up the store's customer service and they sent a technician to check it out. The technician agreed that something was wrong with the table and that what I was experiencing wasn't normal. They said it would take about a week to send the information to Liberty furniture and that I would hear back from them. But guess what? The very next day (less than 24 hours later), the customer service manager, Chris, told me that neither Blockers Furniture nor the manufacturer would do anything to fix the tabletop. They blamed me for the damage and refused to help.

I was so frustrated that I decided to call Liberty directly and explain the whole situation to them. I asked for their assistance. After talking to Blockers, Liberty called me back and said they couldn't do anything either. Can you believe it? I mean, seriously, how is this even possible? I always used placemats on the table and took good care of it by cleaning it with a damp cloth and mild soap. But no matter what I tried, the stains just wouldn't go away. In fact, they kept getting worse over time.

I just don't understand why neither the store, nor the manufacturer, nor the warranty company would lift a finger to help me. It's really disappointing. Now, I'm reaching out to the ComplaintsBoard.com (ComplaintsBoard.com) to seek their assistance in getting a full refund and returning this dining room set.
