Ruby Cargo — too much delay for balikbayan boxes going to mindanao and luzon
I would like to file a complaint for ruby cargo which operating here in dubai and abu dhabi, because you don't have your own warehouse, forwarder and agent directly to philippines and not paying properly the sub-company you are using in philippines, they hold the shipment for more than 60 days that causes too much delay. First of all you get from your customer cash payment and not process our shipment on time because you're using our money to your benefits only.!!! please correct your business ethics. How can you get trust from people.
