I had such a horrible experience with this company. I started everything back in July and was promised timely efficient service and with all my great qualifications I should have everything done and closed 12-15days from starting the process. I paid $600 for an appraisal which blew them away cause it was worth way more than what they expected. Well Tori Martin decided that if she got sick work completely stops and had no one doing her work while she was out for over a week. During that time nothing had been done. I had to reach out to numerous people before I finally got a response back after she had gotten back. They continued to ask for more and more paperwork which I provided but again slow responses and I had to reach out to them. It’s now November and since then I was promised buy Mike Webster all he needed was my last pay stub so I provided it. Now that’s not good enough they need a letter stating I am a guaranteed 40hr employee which is clear as day on my check. It just seems all they do is find reasons to disqualify you instead of earning your business and getting the close. Such a disappointing experience and now I’m out of $600 with out even an apology or a at least offering to repay back the appraisal fee.
