I had a terrible experience with RoyalOak and I want others to avoid the same trap. I bought a sofa for 30k, and when the delivery team arrived, they simply said it couldn’t be taken through the staircase. They didn’t even bother to check or attempt roof delivery, which every other furniture company at least considers.

The worst part? They told me the entire 30k would be moved to their wallet instead of being refunded to my original payment method. For a middle-class family, that amount is not small, and now I’m stuck. Most of their other sofas are out of my budget, and even if I pick something else, there’s no assurance I won’t face the same delivery issue again.

Please think twice before buying anything from RoyalOak. Their policies are unfair, their service is careless, and the whole experience feels like a scam.

Recommendation: Don't buy anything from RoyalOak Furniture
