Hello,

I would like to escalate my complaint regarding tracking number XQ787533509GB.

My designated Safeplace is my brown bin, but the parcel was placed in my grey rubbish bin, which contained waste. I was at home and no delivery attempt was made. Retrieving the parcel from the dirty bin made me feel unwell and caused significant distress.

I am requesting a goodwill gesture in addition to the investigation, as this incident has caused inconvenience and emotional discomfort.
