On 07/11 at 14.45, I ordered and paid for a "proof of delivery and signature" at Tudorville Post Office in Ross-on-Wye.

My certificate of Posting reference number is KD855080402GB.

I was promised a next day delivery to HMRC, BX91AS.

I have been tracking this reference since 08/11 and there appears to no signature or proof of delivery.

These documents had a time limit on them and a default will inevitably
incur a penalty of £100.

I would appreciate if you could expedite this matter with some urgency.
