Was notified last week 26 May 2026 that my passport was collected from the TLS Contact centre for German Schengen visa to be couriered overnight as per the agreement between TLS and Royal Mail for special delivery courier services as it is an important legal document. I am flying tomorrow but now my passport and visa is lost in transit. It has been escalated but I don't understand why it is not treated as urgent. How can it just be misplaced. Please can someone get back to me. This is a business service that should not be misplaced as it is a passport. I don't have 72 hours to wait as we are flying tomorrow. AS560041023GB tracking number. This was escalated since last week 28 May 2026 as I contacted the customer service many times to try and find out where it is. We also physically drove to both Northampton and Milton Keynes Farm DO. They are trying to assist but we need some urgency and feedback from head office regarding the tracking system that is incorrect and find the courier package.
Desired outcome: To urgently try and locate the legal document courier package sent from TLS contact centre and advice and provide feedback urgently from head office.
