On Thursday 11th December I was due to receive a parcel that was being sent to me by Royal Mail. However no package was delivered, and instead I received a message to say the parcel was incorrectly addressed and was being returned to sender.
I contacted my supplier to tell them what had happened and they sent me the required order by alternative courier that arrived the following day Friday 12th.
However, also on Friday 12th I received a delivery from Royal Mail the original package correctly addressed. My local post office would not return the parcel without a charge.
The tracking number of my parcel is YT092833586GB.
A attach a photo of the tracking information of this parcel.
The package was delivered on the 12th so clearly it was addressed correctly, so that was not the real reason and there must have been some other reason the parcel was not delivered which does lead to some speculation!
If I had been told it would be delivered on 12th this situation would not have arisen.
I still have the package which is available to return to sender.

Desired outcome: Return parcel free of charge
