My daughter 's bank card has not been delivered 2 weeks after it was ordered
Another letter to my daughter which had a cheque in it was opened. We can tell it was opened because of the type of envelope used.
We do not get post every day. A letter dated 2nd December arrived 17 January. This letter was from the hospital. I am annoyed at the service that is being provided by you.
Anymore problems with out post them I will take it up with my M.P.

Desired outcome: Better service and staff having more respect for peoples letters and not opening them . I understood once a letter was posted you entered an agreement that it would be delivered the following day in fact without being openec
