Paid £38 for international tracked and signed parcel clearly labelled to Australia. on 1:10:2025. They first sent it to Jamaica, then New York then returned the parcel complaining the address not found! They keep trying to return the parcel to me, but i refuse to accept demanding they honour the original paid for contract to deliver the parcel to Australia. So far no joy. They will not answer email or their complaints phone. This company is a joke and should be liquidated as they are worse than useless. As for the "long wait on the phone due to busy time" they have been using that old chestnut since October. You wait the obligatory 40mins on the phone only to be cut off when you supposedly get near the front of the queue.
Claimed loss: Why do we have to wait 25 working days to complain then another 90 days to actually get a response??
