Royal Mail Group review: Delivery of time sensitive paid subscription magazines and information

Expensive weekly magazines often not delivered, and twice over the last eight months important documents gone missing, on one occasion a set of investment documents had to be taken personally by myself to be delivered after the first lot went missing, six weeks later the original came back to me with (not known at this address } scrawled over it, the delivery address was a very well known office of a large insurance company, not a week goes by with out us getting other peoples mail in our mail box. Your company is rubbish and cant be trusted to do what you are paid for
