Item code YT33636174 (48 hr tracked) due this afternoon up to 4.45pm.was misdirecyed to ELY DO from Peterborough this am. There is NO futther tracking information. The delivery option was to go to a neighbour. This option was only for the delivery time given originally 1245 14.45pm. The message says no signature needed, but that's no good as I do not accept it being left anywhere as it contains FOOD. I cannot arrange an ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENT as I do not know the ETA NOW. it is vital that it be handed to someone, not just left. Previously an item of food from the same company had damage by RATS
