The email address for customer service on your website doesn’t work … so I am writint to you.
I submitted this claim for late delivery of an Express 24 item 021322C001293958 sent on November 6th 2025 costing £21.15. I received a confirmation email of my claim on November 10th 2025.
It was claimed in the official and very detailed email that my claim would be responded to within 30 days.
I provided all the supporting evidence required.
Can you please expidite this matter for me.
