On 7/17 I purchased a new ac unit from them for my home. On 7/25- unit stopped cooling and service request was submitted. Tech came out and found a leak and topped off coolant. 8/22- unit stopped cooling again and work order was placed. Tech came two days later and added more coolant (this is a new unit. It should not need coolant again). 8/28-unit stopped cooling again and service request was placed. I was told someone would come on 9/4 because that was the earliest someone could come that was English speaking. I also requested a full eval of the unit be done at that time. 9/2- unit iced over and had to be turned off. I called and placed a work order but was told they will add it to the ticket fir 9/4.

I have had continuous issues with this unit since it was installed and the company has already been paid! I have requested 6 times since 7/31 to speak to a manager but have not had one reach out to me.

This company has an F rating with BBB and was recently on the news in Temple Texas for the same complaints. They also have dozens of public lawsuits from consumers against them.

Desired outcome: Contract another company for full eval as I feel their employees are biased. Reimbursement for the last two months of a non working unit. Refund completely.
