I selected Shipyourcarnow, LLC to ship my auto from Bay Area of California to the Miami area of South Florida. I was referred to this company by a friend who used this company a few years ago.
Pablo, The driver who picked up my auto was Very professional and was timely in picking up my car around noon hour Monday and one week later, delivered my auto to me in Florida one week later.

My auto was all intact with no damages.

I have referred this company to friends who may also transport an auto.

The reason for only 3 stars instead of 5 is the Transporter. SYCN, was very kind, and pleasant to speak to. I had to wait almost 2 extra days for my car to be delivered because the Transporter picked up an extra car to deliver. This was a very emotional time for me because I was inheriting a car from my Dad who passed. My delivery got off by 2 extra days. Also the Transporter said he would arrive by Noon, but didn't get here until almost 2 hours later, so 2 extra days waiting and 2 hours past delivery of my car.

Worst service ever. One star only because zero stars isn't possible. They're either incompetent or lazy, I'm not sure which. Bottom line after weeks of immediately providing all required documents, I don't have my transport. I've spent hours on the phone with SYC and the transport company and ended up being charged for the driver's time despite the fact that the hold up was with them, not me. I can't emphasize enough how awful this experience was. Beware if you hire them, their service is poor, they don't seem to know what they're doing and customer service is a joke, they never return phone calls.

I started off requesting info on shipping my car and was flooded with companies wanting my business. I initially went with Ultimate Transport 123. Please do not use them, they are a joke. The dispatch assured me he'd be in contact and my car would be picked up in 48-72 hours. 10 days later, still nothing. I called Ron with Ship Your Car Now and was picked up in 48 hours. He let me know the proper pricing and everything to expect. He was truly amazing and though they quoted me $1350 where UT123 offered $900, they moved my car when the other company was full of empty promises and charged a $200 upfront fee they will not refund.

We recently purchased a car in Tampa, Florida. We Live in Stuart, FL. Despite the great deal we we received on the car, we were dreading the 3-4 Hour ride from Stuart to Tampa. We just kept thinking 2 People, 3-4 hours to Tampa, cost of fuel and not knowing where we were going exactly so the prospect of getting lost and then 3-4 hours back to Stuart and with my luck I would get a Flat Tire or Something. the alternative "Ship Your Car Now" was so worth it.

It was a great experience because what I previously thought was a Great Luxury and un-affordable was actually very affordable and would recommend to anyone considering transporting a vehicle

My first time to have vehicles shipped so I was very apprehensive; Vincent, my contact, was most helpful and patient with this first-timer! He and I talked/texted frequently as load day approached. Victor, the transport driver, did a great job too. He arrived as scheduled, acted in a courteous and professional manner; loaded and secured my vehicles (car and motorcycle) with care. Delivery/unloading at my residence; both vehicles arrived with no issues whatsoever, and I appreciate and commend Victor for staying in touch from pickup to delivery. I will definitely be calling for any future transport needs and will highly recommend Ship Your Car Now to anyone asking about a quality vehicle transport service. NICK

Avoid these con artists at all costs! *** said he could transport both of my cars for $2,000. When he had the first scheduled to be picked up - a Toyota van - he said the driver needed another $100 to do it, raising that price to $1277. I reluctantly paid that, after talking to him about "bait and switch," which he strongly denied he was doing. When I went to schedule the next car he said it was also $1277 for my Toyota Corolla. He tried to bump my price by over $500 - over a 25% increase. When he said things had gotten too competitive now and that's the reason for the price, I pointed out that competitive means lower prices. I was lied to and conned. Lots of options for transport out there - find someone with integrity who you can trust - not ShipYourCarNow.

Gary and Ryan were helpful in arranging shipment from NV to FL when another broker kept stringing me along without results. Gary promised to keep me informed of progress once a carrier was located, but, the next call I received was from the carrier and I never heard from Gary again. Christian, the driver, was courteous, careful and quick. The car was delivered on the 6th day. There was no damage in transport. Value for this service is a relative thing because it is a dynamic marketplace with brokers mostly sharing a common system, so that insight and secondary relationships play some role. ShipYourCarNow came through where another company could not. IMHO the price was about 10% higher than it should have been, and communication after the carrier was in the loop could have been better, but they got the job done.

This was our first experience shopping a vehicle so we didn't know what to expect. We originally had contracted with another company, but after more than 2 weeks we still had no date to ship and felt that we were getting taken a bit due to the constant excuses price change. Maybe it was due to Covid, maybe BLM protests,
I don't know. We cancelled that contract and called this company and I spoke with Carrie H.. She explained what to expect and was very honest, saying that shippers were just not traveling our route (No. CA to No. Idaho). We still ended up waiting over 2 weeks before a shipper called. When he did, he was extremely polite and arranged the pickup quickly and efficiently. He called during the transport and arranged a drop. He was exactly on time. So, except for the 5 week wait, the experience was great.

I was pleased with the agent I spoke to and the information I was initially given. After I initiated a contract to have the car shipped I became concerned when I realized this company was not in San Diego which is where I was trying to call because the car was in San Diego. The number I called was in San Diego but I somehow ended up with someone in Florida. The initial e-mail gave instructions and expectations for the transaction but the transportation company which is different then the person I talked to at first did not follow what was said in the e-mail. The car was picked up a day later than stated in the e-mail which It not a major issue if you could have given a courtesy call to let us know. The e-mail says I should expect a call 12 to 24 hours before the estimated delivery date. I got a phone call from the driver and he said he was about an hour and a half away. This call was a day prior to estimated delivery date. Not a major issue but a call to let me know you are arriving a day early would have been nice. OK, overall all everything went ok, but customer service could have been better. If not for the fact I just happened to be home, I do not know what the driver would have done with the car arriving a day early.

Initially very friendly and reassuring that everything would proceed smoothly regarding a boat transport. I was given the driver's number and he was easily contacted and reassured us he would be at the pick up location the next day. The next day (1 hour before pickup) he called and said he just didn't think his trailer was going to accommodate the boat transfer and wanted to reschedule. (Keep in mind he was at the location the night before and reassured us everything was good to go.) We had to cancel the crane company in 2 separate locations, the tow truck that was taking the trailer from underneath the boat where is was dry docked, and call the marina to inform them we were not coming after they had to have more workers there due to size of boat. We were charged by all companies due to less than 24 hour notice which cost up close to 1,000.00 dollars. I called the broker who arraigned this (oh that's another thing when you book they tell you they are not brokers and it's their company but that is not the case) he gives me the driver's number to forward my complaint and the driver will not give me his insurance or provide me with any of the wide load permits that were supposed to be obtained and paid in the price quoted. He then refers me back to the broker which I call. At that point the broker is rude and gives me this customer service number which I call and leave a message about the terrible customer service and request them to reimburse the cost of all the people I had to pay due to them cancelling 1 hour before and he tells me that he will take care of it and call me back. I wait about a week and no call. I call again and he tells me that he will call me back and never does. I wait again and no call and I even email them and leave a message on the machine. To this date I have never received a call back or reimbursement for their short notice cancellation that I requested to pay all parties involved. I continue to leave messages and get no response. Stay away from this company

Communication wasn't there until I escalated my concerns to management they chose a very poorly rated shipping company to handle my vehicle the company they chose had zero communication no respect and treated my vehicle very unprofessionally adding miles to it and off roading in it claiming they put it on the transport vehicle and then delivered it to me but yet the mileage went up 12 miles and it had so much mud under the wheel Wells and all over truck when it had left the dealership detailed I understand that the vehicle gets dirty in transport obviously but their shouldn't be tons of mud under the wheel Wells unless someone was out in the mud doing donuts or who knows what. The vehicle was a week late blaming it on a storm which did happened but the storm didn't even occur until after the expected delivery date so yes it was delayed even more because of that storm but wouldn't have been delayed at all if they respected the delivery date they promised which they didn't. Management gave me a measly $100 dollars for all this. After I signed the bill of laden and reached out to the manager to let him know he shouldn't use interstate roadrunners because of how poor their company is when it comes to customer service and professionalism I was ignored. Oh yes I forgot the manager had told me to not worry about the bad reviews that they had because they are not from this country and do not care about their reviews then rephrased himself and said they don't watch their reviews which I laughed at because it does not mean those reviews aren't true just because the owner doesn't look into them. I'm sorry but I'm from immigrant decent and my father has made a business here and you can look at his reviews he treats everyone of his customers and their vehicles with respect and would never use the excuse of not being from the country to blatantly ignore bad service or someone reaching out because of the experience they had. Just overall disappointed with who they chose to take care of and transport my vehicle.
