Roseville Toyota review: Unbelievable low integrity deceptive!

Sorry, was using voice text, to summarize they charged $495! that was never discussed with me! And it is not true that anything is gone over or explained by finance during signing. Lie! It is a ridiculously long method, claims to save time by entire thing done on IPad. The thing about customers reading over all carefully is a joke, not practical. Fact. Yah, make sure you read every home loan doc? Right. Normal people do not expect to be defrauded and ripped off. It is not feasible, and Roseville Toyota makes sure to waste hours of time, confuse, not disclose, and straight up lie per direction of owner and managers. Intense investigation is requested, their contracts evaluated and checked exactly how they got those mystery amounts. It is no customers responsibility to know auto dealer stuff, and certainly do not expect skank integrity and down right fraud and theft. They did not disclose dealer installed non Toyota thing, never advise or explain or quote blah blah. Dealer installed $78 thing spliced into manufacture wiring all autos on their lot for easy access into them, only one fob accesses all of them, no need to carry around a ton of keys. Per KARR it is not beneficial to customers. Also, the doc in my contract does not say what it is, what it does, how it works, Who? How? Why? Charged for it? Doc only says KARR not installed, activate or deacticate, says work order for WHAT? WHERE? Looked up KARR, got contact tel no, called and spoke with Crystal who simply said sending tech to my home to remove, appt for 3 days later. He removed it, was spliced into wiring under steering, told me take it back to dealer, and explained he works for KARR, yet these things are installed by dealer employee and often done bad. The salesman recalled entire near 5 absurd time waste hours and stated I never wavered from DON't WANT YOUR EXTRAS! Assistant mgr Breyden made comment regarding car security but nothing more, finance didn't explain a thing about anything. They lie. Foolish of them, because I was there with my friend Brian who was next to me for all. And I recorded all calls I made to address it, 8! different employees lied and was disgusting. Recorded all with uninstaller and Karr as well. Dealership ghosting, I am taking it all the way. Demanding their cowardly arbitration, they need to refund that bull, adjust my contract. The absolute topping is that they use the iPad signing for reasons that are posted all over the Internet and they give you this little flash drive when you leave there well my flash drive was damaged I wasn't able to get anything off of it took me days actually took me weeks to get all of the documents emailed to me the lady there Sammy SAMI she just did not want to send those to me on email all of the things I signed she did give me the contract finally and told me all you'll have to come in just when you're running around just stop on in we'll print those up for you yeah I had to demand them I've got all the emails back-and-forth I've got it all so the flash drive people that is a Joke

Sami wojld only email me the contract and the funky registration paper? said I had to go in and they would print those additional documents for me, thay I could just stop by anytime I was out and about...wth. Make more time pass so they can use the excuses/lies they respond with on all these exposure sites. More time goes by..duh. Make sure if you step foot on that lot you are recording all. Record all audio, every phone has those apps. And demand their video and audio be in Arbitration as well as your calls to them which they record. They record all. Wanna bet they lost theirs? Record everything, either won't deal with you or if intelligent they may try honest transparency. They will pull the private property game?
