When Nick *** of Roof it Forward said he and the company were going to take care of me and my roof, he was absolutely right. He was a liaison between me and my insurance company, so that part was relatively painless. He reassured me every step of the way how things were going to go, and he made it happen. My only responsibility was the deductible, and he helped me whittle that down. I am thrilled with the results, and we helped some children in need in the process. Can't think of a better outcome for such a huge undertaking. Thank you, Nick!

Hayden with Roof It Forward was fantastic to work with! He was professional and stayed on top of the insurance adjuster doing his job and was there to help and for questions when the adjuster came to inspect. I got approved quickly with insurance and RIF got me on their calendar the next week. My roof is huge and steep but they got the entire job done in one day. They were very careful about my landscaping even though it needs help of its own! They made sure to clean everything up. My experience with them was extremely positive. Call them and ask for Hayden - you won't regret it!

Response to my call for roof assessment was promptsame day. The Restoration Consultant evaluated the roof and interior damage, suggested solutions, worked with my insurance, was available by phone to answer any questions or concerns, and came out to inspect the finished job. I especially appreciated the Project Manager who was on site the day of the roof replacement. The work team was experienced and efficient. The interior damage was promptly repaired and everything looks good as new.
All of my expectations were met and I am confident that this company treated me fairly and honestly. I highly recommend this business.

I would highly recommend Kelly, ***, Mark, Patricia, and their team. They worked well with our insurance adjuster, explained in detail the process, and made multiple project manager and site visits as the job was started and completed. Christian and his crew cleaned up very well and roofed our home as if it was their own. I had two other companies that came out, but never followed up. They also assisted with color selection (Black Sable) and it looks great! They use top of the line products and include a five (5) year workmanship warranty. Gutters will be installed next week. P.S. They also cover the entire perimeter to protect the bushes, flowers, HAVC, etc. A+ THANK YOU!

I had the pleasure of having Roof it Forward replace my 20 year old roof. Over the years the roof had sustained hail and wind damage. The entire crew worked very hard in 95+ heat and did a superb job. I can't say enough of how much I appreciate their hard work.

All supplies were delivered when they said they would be. The crew arrived on time. Clean up was so good, you couldn't even tell that a roof had been replaced.

Logan ***, the restoration consultant assigned to my account was just great. With an abundance of patience, he guided this first time roof replacement home owner to get exactly what she wanted by following his suggestions on information of all materials.

That said I highly recommend Roof it Forward, if you're thinking about roof replacement.

We had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Jackson was the rep who handled our case. He stayed in constant communication and he always responded to my texts or my phone calls. The crew that installed our roof was very professional and very courteous. I was told that they would arrive at 6:45 am and that's exactly when they arrived. They covered all of our bushes and plants to protect them while doing the roof. When they finished the job they thoroughly cleaned up all the debris from the days work. They were intentional with a big magnet rake to go over the yard again and again to make sure all the nails were picked up. Everyone I communicated with from ARAC was kind and helpful. We just got our roof completed so I have no idea if it will stand the test of time, but we hope it will. We were very pleased with our entire experience.

This is an unsolicited letter regarding Jackson ***, an employee of Roof it Forward. Jackson has served as our salesman for a roof install in late November. I am a busy physician but felt compelled to stop and send a letter regarding Jackson.

Getting a new roof is an everyday occurrence in their business. I am sure it is commonplace but not to the consumer. It is intimidating and can be confusing with options and choices not on our everyday vocabulary. Having a salesperson who is sympathetic is most helpful.

I am sure it will come as no surprise to the Roof It Forward company that Jackson represents your service and product with honesty and professionalism exemplary enough to justify a letter. People of character are rare - particularly with a salesman and should be validated as such.

I have to say this new roof has gone above my expectations. Nick *** was my salesman but he is now a friend. He helped me in so many ways and spent extra time helping me understand the whole process. I have only been in my house for five years and the builders shingles were not put on as to Corning's specifications. I got no help from my builder or my homeowners insurance but Nick helped me with the idea of pulling out equity from my home to help me get a new roof. I was having more and more problems with leaks and shingles lifting. Now no leaks and I know the company will cover my warranty as promised if anything happens in the future.. The whole process was ethical and so was Nick. I have often heard horrible stories about roofers and most are true, even with home builders. Nick is a shinning example of how business should be run and he sets a great example.

Arac Roof it Forward was hired to do our roof, along with gutters and repairs inside where the leak damaged. During this process, a crew was hired, I believe without any experience possibly day laborers off the street. Damage was incurred to our decks front and back, broken boards, broken railing, our outside lighting and our soffits are broken, destroyed. This started in November, our inside has never been completed and our front guttering has never been replace... We have attempted to work this out with Arc Roof it forward with them being kind enough to offer us 500.00 Credit to 3000.00 in damages. Last mention Arc was prepared to put a lien against our home. I have reached out to their Liability insurance, Ironshore to file a claim because we can not come to an agreement. Before deciding on this Company please be aware they have several different locations they serve. Look at Yelp reviews as well. This has been an absolute nightmare!

Save yourself, your home and your money and AVOID these 5-star, *** sales-oriented individuals! Had my project done way back in the fall of 2020. Shameful and Shameless are the only words I can use for the quality of work. Unless they can point fingers or misdirect like magicians, they are unseen or unheard from. They lack appropriate resolution and communication skills for a professional organization. Roof-it-Forward definitely OVER PROMISES and UNDER DEVILVERS! Save yourself time and effort; take photos before and after of everything around your home! They ruined our newly laid driveway pavers, and the decking around the house was so badly marked it had to be repainted. READ everything clearly and definitely have witnesses during any conversations! I'm confident their rebuttal to even this will be amazingly creative and without ownership to their less than honorable ways. BE CAUTIOUS! They are 5-star clever SALES PEOPLE!

Upon meeting Jackson from the company I was really skeptical about his claim that he would be able to get me a new roof. I've had other shady roofing individuals come and promise me that I should get a new roof. They failed. But Jackson took his time and walked me through what the insurance company looks for when it comes to roof damage. I felt more confident and called in my claim. He was there with me and even spoke to the claims representative to make sure what needed to be said was said. I was approved and Jackson went to work giving me multiple choices for my new roofing materials.

He stayed in touch with me throughput the installation and even stop by after the work was done to make sure that any left over nails or small pieces of shingles were removed from my yard. Jackson is dedicated and has the utmost respect for your time and your property. He's has integrity. Something that is hard to find in individuals now a days. You will not regret using this company. Especially if you're consultant is Jackson. Make sure you ask for him.

LOOK NO FURTHER THAN "ROOF IT FORWARD" Tropical storm Zeta wreaked havoc on our roof here in Gainesville. We knew we wanted a reputable roofing company, so we went with "Roof It Forward" for a second time! (They replaced a hail damaged roof at our old house in Marietta 3 years ago.) This time, we were extremely fortunate to work with Nick ***. He met with our adjustor on a Sunday and together inspected the roof. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He explained the process his crew would conduct in the removal and replacement of our roof. He told us the time and date to expect his crew, who arrived on time (before sunrise) and promptly began the replacement. The crew did an excellent job of providing us with a new roof and cleaning up all debris and nails associated with it. We are thoroughly pleased and most grateful for the privilege to meet and work with Nick and his crew! We want to "Roof-it-Forward" in recommending Nick to you! Only good thing I can say is "they were fast." Their crew stole from me, BROKE a wrought iron piece that was attached by not one but TWO 6" BOLTS set in CONCRETE. Not only did they break it but the ripped it out of the wall ! They left gutters unattached (which they EVENTUALLY fixed (2 weeks later). They left A HUGE mess in my attic and in my screened in porch(stlll picking up nails 5 weeks later). They have lied over and over and over about restitution for the iron piece - the old "checks in the mail" ploy as well as the fate of the crew. One Manager telling me "oh, they were fired and another - supposedly the General manager, "they were spoken to and pay docked." Oh! and regarding the theft ? another manager told me "Well, they are USED to people giving them things." SERIOUSLY ? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The Lexan that was stolen (a 150.00 piece of equipment needed for my business) has still not been replaced, the check for the wrought iron piece must have been mailed from China, parts of the shingles are curling up in several places and they actually have the AUDACITY to want additional money. Save yourself, your home and your money and AVOID THESE PEOPLE like they were the originators of Covid-19. Shameful and shameless. Potentially criminal.

Met with ROOF IT Forward IN jUNE - discussed a new roof and let them know my insurance company, which turned out to be a very difficult ins to work with. My case was immediately turned over to an adjuster and shortly thereafter into lawyers hands. Roof It Forward did absolutely nothing other than recommend the adjuster and now claims tons of paperwork was done by them. It has taken a year for my case to be settled, contacted them to let them know and what would the cost of the roof be - (EVERYONE SHOULD GET AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO A SETTLEMENT ! ) They would not give me an estimate but wanted to know what the settlement was first, REALLY ! Did not give him that information. I wanted to know if I had a settlement for $40,000, what would the roof cost ? He actually threw the phone down ! I received an e-mail a few days later with an estimate, way inflated of AROUND $17,999. I informed that I would get a couple other estimates to make a decision. That has not gone well as they claim they did SO Much work on my behalf. Who would want to work with a company like this. My other estimates were $4,000 and $5000. lower and I went with one of them. Now they are trying to charge me $1200. for a cancellation fee and now are saying they will place a lien on my home.. This has gone to my lawyer.

The amount of horror I have experienced from this company is beyond a short explanation. As a private home owner, I have had this company out to look at my roof to see if it had damage and needed replacement. Even at that first meeting my radar went up, but sadly I didn't listen. After their first visit where they pressured me to sign a document, (I should have known better), and my insurance company approved, which they did absolutely nothing to make my insurance approve as I did all that work, they LEFT TOWN. When I inquired about getting my roof done since I was upset about waiting for them, they threatened me that I have to let them do it or I will be charge anyway. Again, I should have known better, but let it go through. I was assured even though they left town there were others to take care of my home. What a disaster! They destroyed my siding, shrubbery around my home, garden etc. They could care less about my home. There ended up being a massive storm come through and they continued to work which no one would listen to me that it was a bad idea, the last 4 hours of their work was very scary weather and where no one should have been outside let alone on the roof of a home. The "head guy" sat in his truck across the street with no care in the world. He never got out and checked if things were okay, just say there with his legs on his dashboard with no care in the world.. I took pictures the day after, mind you they left my home at 8:30pm in pitch black, never asking for a walk through. The next morning we found our front railing damaged, roof improperly installed, garbage everywhere, siding damage in many places, garden destroyed, the list goes on. It's been over 6 months and I have tried to get them to come out and make repairs. They continue to lie and say they are coming out and don't show up. My originally contract for this company that moved away continually sends me message about a full payment and tells me his supervisor lies to him and says repairs were done. His last message was they did enough repairs to my home and I need to pay. As a professional, I am a realtor, this was the worst mistake I have made for myself and my clients. They are scam artist at best, out to make a dollar and leave clients hanging with outsourced contractors not caring what damage or bad installation is done. They do not follow through with what they say they will do, they will threaten you and destroy your home.
