From Beginning to End these guys took care of everything. From dealing with the insurance company and ordering the materials, to getting our permit during the COVID lockdown. Kyle Was easy to work with. He was very communicative - keeping us updated on our project while we anxiously awaited our permit approval, materials delivery, and scheduled work date. After a terrible rain and wind storm, I noticed shingles in my driveway and lawn. I called Savage Roofing and Kyle was out to inspect my home within 24 hours. Kyle addressed the issues on the roof, explained the situation and answered my questions I had. He worked with my insurance company, on my behalf. He was personable, professional, and honest. I am very thankful I called Savage 1st. Great job Kyle, thank you.

Worked with Eddie to have my garage roof replaced after hailstorm damage. The process took a bit longer than expected due to my insurance company not covering all the repairs that were needed. Eddie and Savage made sure that my insurance company reinspected the damages and thanks to them my roof was completely replaced. Highly recommend them to ensure that all damages are properly evaluated by your insurance company.

Savage roofing did an excellent job with replacing both of our roofs after a late May storm in Joliet. Kyle was easy to work with and they handled everything directly with the insurance company for us. The work crew was lead by Dennis and did an amazingly quick job. 10 hours and our home and 3 car detached garage roof were replaced with an exceptional job cleaning up afterwards. 10 out of 10 would recommend this company to anyone.

We had Savage Roofing come out to assess our roof and gutters after a recent storm. Not only did they handle the entire claim process, but they got the roof covered under our homeowners insurance. They came out, went over the entire job from start to finish with time lines. Everyone we talked to was very professional and 100% up front and transparent about everything. If you need any roof, siding or gutter work done, Savage Roofing should be your first call!

Jason came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof. They worked directly with my insurance company and were on site when the insurance adjustor came out to do his own inspection. Jason scheduled a time to cover all my options and choose the new shingles. The crew was out and did the work and cleaned up after themselves completely. The roof and everything associated look great! Savage Roofing was recommended to me by an old neighbor and I recommend them too now!

Highly recommend! My husband and I are first time homeowners and this experience is very new to us. Brian Ortiz was extremely professional and knowledgeable in guiding us throughout this experience. We actually had a different company come out first for an adjustment and they were unable to get the job done. Repairs, especially large ones like getting the whole roof redone can be stressful, but thanks to savage roofing and Brian, this process has been made simple and stress free!

Brian *** is the Claim Specialist who guided me in every step by step process and was very well presented and polite in answering all the inquiries that I asked. Savage was absolutely amazing! Jose was so knowledgeable and professional, he helped keep us updated and explained everything for us. Jose inspected every single inch of my home and on a holiday at that. The men who did the work were outstanding when we would go outside they would explain what they did and what they were going to do without even being asked, they were also extremely professional! They did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up every single nail they picked up. I am so glad we chose this company!

Legendary Adjusting and Savage Roofing were great, Ken came by and went on the roof to see if we had any damage from the August storms. He found hail damage to the roof, gutters and downspouts. He worked with our insurance and after an inspection with our adjuster we were approved for everything. Ken then came out and went over all the insurance paperwork and selection for replacement materials with us. I would recommend them to anyone who may have storm damage to come out and take a look and see if you may need a replacement before the winter and snow does more damage.

On August 10, our roof was damaged by very high winds, hail and heavy rain. On August 11,, Mr. Jay *** from Legendary Adjusting Firm came to our home. He went on our roof and took a lot of pictures. He showed me the pictures and explained in detail the damage and the claim process. He told me that Savage Roofing Company was locally-owned and a highly reputable company. He filed all the paperwork required by our insurance company. He was at our home when our insurance adjustor arrived. He came back to our home to explain in detail the scope of work. We are waiting to receive the claim check from our insurance company. We look forward to Savage Roofing Company installing our new roof, replace and repair all of our damaged areas. We are very impressed how smoothly and calmly this process has been.

From Beginning to End: From the very start Bryan at Savage Exteriors was friendly and honest. We were shown several options and samples as well. We really appreciated the time Bryan took with us to go over everything. He took care of everything. from dealing with the insurance company and materials order, to the finishing touches of clean up after the project. The owner Dan also came out to make sure the insurance adjuster was fair and took all the details and elements into consideration. Plus, Dan gave us his personal assurances that things would be done right. We were given continued updates on our projects status- due to the COVID lockdown. Bryan was amazing! The crew was very polite and professional, being very careful of our landscaping and ornamentals around the house. They arrived early and got right to work. Very polite guys. So, I had these two guys show up at my house on April 07. They said they could get my roof replaced through insurance, but then they said they couldn't do it because of my policy. They didn't even send me the cancellation. I talked to some lady named Maria in customer service, and she said she'd send it, but I never got it. Now my insurance premium is going up because of their mistake. And to top it off, they came to my house when my kids were around. Not cool. They said I had coverage for the roof, but then they changed their minds. I don't get it. Something's fishy here. All I want is that cancellation letter from Savage Roofing, Inc.

Savage Roofing did my new roof after a big storm messed it up. My insurance said it was okay and they came on April 30th. While they were doing it, I was worried but they didn't talk to me. I tried to call but the number didn't work. I left a message for Kyle but he didn't call me back. Daniel J didn't call me back either. The roof isn't right and the fascia is still messed up. They also messed up the driveway and the lawn. There's dirt all over the place. I need them to fix it now.

I had a storm last summer that messed up my roof and I didn't notice until February when the ice started melting. It caused water damage inside my house. I talked to Savage/Legendary adjusters in Feb 2021 to help me with my insurance, State Farm, so I could get it fixed. The communication with Savage/Legendary has been really bad. I had 3 different people working on my claim and they all left the company. The last guy, Gary Pretzer, told me he left when I called him today to ask about my claim. I have to ask for updates every week because they don't tell me anything. I don't think they can fix my roof because they don't talk to me. Diego Flores, the owner, knows I'm mad. It still leaks when it rains hard.

I hired Savage Roofing on March 2nd to fix my roof and hail damage. They came to my door and offered their services. On April 27th, a guy named *** came to my house to check the damage and pick out materials. There was a problem with the metal awning roof and *** said that the R&R was remove and repair, not remove and replace. He said it would cost $1410 and he had to check with the office. He left and came back saying that the shingles we wanted were too expensive, so we went with different ones. He didn't say anything about the metal roof. He didn't even contact us until I complained that they had already been paid and needed to get the job done. Finally, they scheduled the roof repair for July 12th. When they showed up, they damaged all the plants around my house and were very unprofessional. They even used racial slurs in Spanish, not realizing that I understood what they were saying. While tearing off the roof, they used the metal awning as a place for debris and caved in one side of the roof. There were also gaps around the chimney due to poor workmanship. There is still work to be done, totaling $2600, but no one has returned to finish the job.

I went to Savage Roofing, Inc. on 4/29. A guy from the company called Legendary Savage Roofing contacted me. He said he could help me file a claim on my roof. I told him I already had a claim for the gutters and soffit and downspouts on 6/14. Hose collected all the checks insurance had given me, which was $10,723.94 and $*** from me. He wanted the checks saying he needed them to order the supplies. I know this was too much money. The roof was done on 7/30 and it was completed in one day. The gutters really needed to be replaced because they were hanging off the house and looking bad. On 8/1, I called the office and they told me it was done already, but it was not done. Every other day, I call and this company can't give me a date when the gutters will be done and when they will get the remaining material they left in the front yard. At this point, if they can't do the work, I need a refund of $*** of what the replacement of the gutters will cost.

Savage Roofing got paid by my home insurance and me $14,261.50 for storm damage, but they haven't done any work yet. They only put a tarp on my roof. They take a long time to respond or don't respond at all to my calls, emails, or texts. They make documents for the work, but then they find a problem with them and say they need to redo them. They've done this four times already! When I ask for a refund, they say they can't or that I have to give them 30% of the money, even though they're the reason why I want to go with another company. They came out in February, and the rep said he's an in-house adjuster with Savage Roofing. He had me sign papers so they could talk to and work with my insurance. I asked about the different names in the papers, and he said the adjusting part of Savage Roofing is called Legendary Adjusting. The logos look the same, but they have different names. I don't know why my insurance paid Savage Roofing Legendary Adjusting everything in advance, but when I asked my insurance, they talked as if this was fine. Both this company and my name were on the checks, so I signed them. Now, months later, nothing is done, and no one is responding to me. The last contract was written in October, and I was told I'd be getting scheduled for a work start/build date in November. I'm still waiting. I have no idea what's going on. The last time I talked with them was in December. My calls, texts, and emails in December and January have had no reply from them. I want the work done or a refund so I can get someone else to do the work. My insurance paid $8944.92 on April 27, and $5066.58 on September 2. I paid $250 on February 19.
