Above Roofing was very responsive to my needs to fix our roof which had over a dozen shingles blow off. The front office was kind and friendly and their quick work prevented any leaking. I really appreciated the professionalism and the personal attention.

I am disappointed with the leak we experienced at our wood stove chimney. When I called to let them know about the problem I was told no one is available to do any repairs until Thursday.- This is three days later. Rain was predicted between that time. What would you think ? I was not until I called a second time to get a better reason and that I would fix it myself if you can't. Then we got a an answer and it was calked. Some other work to be done was not completed. Not recommending. Zero stars if I could.

I was impressed by the Above Roofing process and focus on understanding our needs and answering all of my questions. From the salesman to the professionalism of the crew that worked very hard to get our roof completed the right way. And yes, I watched. When a qualified inspector came out to inspect the roof - THAT doesn't typically happen - it was apparent he also knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. When I called the office, the service person was very responsive. Everyone seemed to like their job and it was evident that they took pride in what they did, ensuring we were satisfied. Our roof looks beautiful.

The workers were timely and worked diligently, however I found their decision to complete my roof during rain and their cavalier attitude toward moisture control highly disappointing. It was not the workers' fault, the job should have never started in the first place. Trying to discuss the situation during installation I was not called back from anyone at the company for several hours. During the rain event, the exposed wood decking was haphazardly cover by tarps w/ multiple tears and a strip on the end of my roof was left completely bare. After the workers returned from lunch and the rain had stopped, the decking was briefly blown off w/ a leaf blower only after my explicit request. A worker needed to be told to stop laying down underlayment on the wet decking as the foreman and i spoke and discussed the situation. Above was chosen over another smaller outfit despite being more expensive by several hundred dollars. I chose Above initially because they struck me as a more established, professional contractor however that clearly did not turn out to be accurate in any way. I should have saved the money and chosen the other contractor. Highly not recommended.

I had my roof replaced by Above Roofing. They did an EXCELLENT JOB. Their crew was very organized and really worked hard. I knew there was some plywood that needed replacing, the chimney needed to be re-flashed and some facia boards that needed to be replaced. I am pleased to say they did everything that needed to be done in ONE DAY. They did an excellent job cleaning up and the total was much lower than I had anticipated. They also have a GREAT warranty and workmanship guarantee. All of their employees are Professionals and really do take pride in their workmanship. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I am another VERY SATISFIED customer.
