They did everythin they promisd. The materil was delivrd and the roof replacd the next day. They had a very good lead man who answerd all questions and explaind them to me. I would recommend Roof US to anyone. The roofs looks excellent.

This company is awesome! They did everything they said they would do and more. They took care of all the insurance stuff and put my roof on in just one day. They're way better than most other companies out there. I totally recommend them!

Watch out when you work with these dudes. They say they'll do stuff for your roof, but make sure you get it written down before you sign up. They'll say anything to get your business, but then they'll change their mind and ask for more money to finish the job. Be careful!

So, like, I had Roof US Roofing & Restoration fix my roof cuz it got messed up by the weather and my insurance paid for it. But now it's still leaking and I've been trying to get ahold of them and they haven't called me back. Even my insurance company tried and no luck. Not cool, man.

roof us is not a good company, we regret choosing them to replace our roof. they put on the wrong color roof, we wanted gray but they gave us black. the old roof was better than the new one they put on, even my neighbor couldn't tell it was new. they messed up the pipe on my water heater and the roof is installed over the gutter so water falls onto the ground instead of into the gutter. i called to complain but they kept hanging up on me. i'm going to sue them to get my money back and i don't recommend anyone use roof us. they just want your money and make excuses.

Roof US did my roof on April 16. We signed the contract on April 13th and paid $4,899.13 from USAA Insurance Claim. They messed up my property when they did the work and tried to fix it a few times, but it's still messed up. On May 17, they picked up a check for $3,363.22 for the last payment. They asked USAA for more money, but USAA said no because they didn't give enough proof. I asked them about the check a lot, and on July 14th, they said they had it and would send it to the main office. But now they're saying they lost it and might send me to collections. This company is a total nightmare.

I had a leak in my roof in the Summer/Fall of 2021 and my neighbor told me about Roof . They came out to fix the leak, but it took them two tries to get it right. While they were there, they said I had hail damage and my insurance would cover it. I told them I had a big deductible, but they said they'd cover it. After a long process, the insurance agreed to replace the roof. I worked with a Roof *** rep to get a price we all agreed on, and I was paying $10,000 plus insurance for a new roof with the same shingles. It was supposed to be done in February, but on January 21, someone new called and said they couldn't honor the contract unless I downgraded my shingles. I said no, and on January 25, the person I worked with texted me saying they were returning my money and not doing my roof. Nobody has contacted me to return my money. Roof *** got me some money from my insurance, but now they're leaving me hanging. I think they're a sham using bait and switch tactics. They need to give me my money back now if they're not going to honor the contract.

Roof US put a new roof on my house this year. There were some problems with the work and the finished product. An inspector I hired said that the new roof, which cost $35,000, was not good quality. Roof US had to come back and fix it a few times. They also damaged some things like leaf guards and parts of the deck. They replaced the leaf guards they damaged, but I had to pay to replace the rest so it would look good. They damaged parts of the deck because they didn't protect it like I asked them to. The main problem is that they say I owe them $4,000. But I asked them to pick up about 40 boxes of new material that they left on my property for weeks. I wanted to return it to them for a credit. Their boss said they would give me a credit, but they never did. I thought that the credit for the returned material covered the balance I owed them. But now they want their money and won't give me a credit or return the extra material I paid for. I thought we were done because I didn't hear from them for months. I will pay the balance if they credit me for the 40 boxes of shingles like they said they would, or if they return the shingles to me so I can sell them. They also need to fix the deck damage they caused, including my expensive furniture. I have pictures of their work and what they did. I want the ComplaintsBoard.com to help me get a refund or credit for the material they took back and to make them fix what they broke.
