i went to roger beasley mazda south to buy a car and they lied to me about the condition of the car. they said it was in great shape but when i got it home i found out it had a lot of problems. i had to spend a lot of money to fix it. don't trust these guys!

I got the wrong extended warranty for my used car from Roger Beasley Mazda South. My car is now in their shop with a problem that Mazda knew about but didn't tell me, which caused damage. They said it would cost $100 to fix because I'm still under the 7-year/100k mile warranty that I thought I had. Roger Beasley Mazda should pay for the repairs because their finance person made a mistake and lied to me.

Listen up, folks. These car dealerships are up to no good. They're taking advantage of people and messing with their credit scores. I know what's really going on behind the scenes. They went into my Experian account and ran my credit three times without even asking me. They're doing some shady stuff with their cars and not even telling people if they got approved or not. It's all just a big scam.

I bought a car from Roger *** Mazda South in Feb 2022. I told them I wanted an extended power terrain warranty to cover any expenses that might come up due to known issues with the car I bought. They sold me the wrong warranty, and when I needed to use it, it caused delays in getting my car fixed. They did eventually fix it, but they still haven't given me the correct warranty, even though they promised to several times. They don't communicate with me unless I reach out to them, and it's frustrating because my family has been a good customer for years. I wish Mr. would call me to explain why they can't get the right warranty. They sold me the wrong one, but they don't seem to care about fixing it.
