Rochester Furniture review: lounge suite

Purchased a lounge suite on Sunday advertised as a black friday deal. Promised delivery on Wednesday. It is now Thursday 16h44 and the store is apparently unable to trace where the lounge suite is. We are told that it was booked out for delivery to us and two days later the store is still trying to find out what happened and has no idea when we will receive what we purchased. Is this not theft if you take a customers money and then fail to deliver. We are now sitting with an empty lounge. Pathetic service. .
