Roblox review: Refusing to unban roblox account

Hello, I am here because the Roblox Corporation is refusing to unban my terminated account. On June 7, 2023 I was playing with a friend on this game called “The Presentation Experience”. Me and my friend were joking around with each other and someone thought I was talking to them and reported me. When I tried to make a appeal trying to explain to Roblox Support that me and my friend were joking around with each other and how we wasn’t being serious, they denied my appeal. This made me upset because Roblox Support never wants to hear people’s part of their story when making an appeal but decides to denied appeals. I have seen plenty of people get their accounts banned/ Terminated for unfair reasons and when they tried to appeal Roblox Support just banned them. Like on this YouTube channel called Chloe Games, it was a YouTuber video of how a person got there account hacked and when they tried to talk to Roblox Support about it, they didn’t help at all. The title of her video is called “Roblox Support needs to Improve. I just wish Roblox as a billion dollar company would have better moderation and fixed there appeal system instead of denying peoples appeals.
