was amazing from the moment he knocked on our door. He helped us get approved by insurance for a brand-new roof, something no other company could do. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and honesty, so now we've decided to have him install new windows and siding for us as well. He worked closely with us throughout the entire process of completing these projects. I truly value and am grateful for everything he did for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs home improvements.

I was really impressed by Joey from Robin Hood Restoration, LLC. We didn't even know our roof was leaking when we were getting our whole house painted. We didn't have any personal connections to a roofer, so we reached out to two others we found nearby. One never got back to us, and we were still waiting on the other one. Then, I saw on Facebook that someone mentioned the great quality work of Robin Hood, so I decided to give them a call. Joey answered and came over that same day to give us a quote. He said they could start the next day, and they actually finished in just one day. The result looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier. I'm more than happy to recommend them!

The whole thing with Robinhood Roofing has been a total mess. At first, the roofers worked on a day when it was supposed to rain, and they didn't even bother setting up any tarps in case it did rain. Well, surprise surprise, it rained and our ceilings got messed up. They did send some painters to fix the damage, but that's not all. There were a bunch of other problems too, like the molding colors not matching, tiles that were all messed up, parts of the gutter missing, and the edges looking all sloppy. And let's not forget about the communication, or should I say lack of it. It's like pulling teeth trying to get the project manager and co-owner to respond or show up when they said they would. After two months of them not showing up and giving us the most ridiculous excuses (my personal favorite being that they couldn't get back to us because they had dental work), we had no choice but to take legal action and report their complete negligence to the Secretary of State. Seriously, stay far away from these guys.

I can't say enough good things about Robin Hood Restoration! They helped me get new siding because of hail damage, and they were the most helpful and informative company I've ever worked with. The sales rep Joe walked us through everything from calling State Farm, to meeting the adjuster at our home early in the morning. He got the claim approved, scheduled, and made sure the contractors were there. It snowed that day and even the contractors were great to communicate with. He checked in to make sure we were happy with the job, did the final checklist, and got the contractor to finish all the small details. It really is all about the small details. They handled the whole process while making sure we were happy and in the loop on everything. If there was ever a referral I would definitely make, it would be to use Robin Hood Restoration. They know what they're doing! Feel free to ask any questions, I'm so happy with the look of our new house. Joe was on our side! I hope you get him, he was the BEST!

I was first approached by a sales rep from Robin Hood Restoration, LLC, who completely ignored the "no solicitation sign". After two attempts, I finally decided to listen to their sales pitch. They offered to handle the insurance company on my behalf, which sounded great. We scheduled an appointment with the adjuster, but when it came time for the inspection, there was no Robin Hood representative present. I had to call them to send someone over.

Once the inspection was done and we agreed on the price, I received a permit and materials delivered to my house without any notice. To my surprise, when I called to inquire about this, I found out that my sales rep was no longer with the company. Instead, his trainer would be taking over my account. The "owner" also reached out to apologize for the mishaps.

The work itself was completed in just one day, and I made the payment right away. However, two months later, I received a call informing me that they had managed to increase the claim amount with my insurance. The problem was that the amount I had already paid exceeded the total amount paid to me by the insurance. The "General Manager" called me and angrily demanded payment, threatening me with consequences if I didn't comply. This led to lawyers getting involved when they attempted to put a lien on my house.

Overall, I would not recommend Robin Hood Restoration, LLC. Dealing with them turned out to be a major headache for a simple roof replacement. It's better to find a more reputable company to avoid unnecessary stress and complications.

I was approached by Nick (Owner) the day after a major hail storm hit our town. One of the first things he told me was that companies will come around and ask to put a sign in your yard to fend off others from approaching you. Later that day, I looked out my window and there was a Robin Hood sign in my yard even though I had told him I was going to speak with other contractors and would make a decision after that. I did not appreciate that he did that without getting my permission first. Then, when I had decided to go with another company, I got a text from Nick telling me to "keep me in mind when the other contractor under promises". Basically that is calling me stupid for not using his company and saying that no other contractor is capable of doing the work. I am an educated man, and do not appreciate the tone taken in that text. Also had to start rethinking things when he told me that he would start throwing things in and would "eat the cost" if the insurance company didn't pay out. They may do great work. But treating people like they are idiots and insulting other businesses is not the way to do. The company I went with explained things to me and came out to meet with the adjustor. Explained how the process would work and never once treated me like a fool, nor did they insult any other contractor that was in the area that day. Nick could take a lesson in that.

Billy was amazing to work with! From start to finish it was an easy process. Billy kept me informed every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. Work was amazing house looks so nice now!

Joe did an outstanding job fixing my mom's roof. He was terrific to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mom (who is 86 years old). I would strongly recommend Robin Hood Restoration to anyone with a roofing issue.

Very professional and informative! I was helped by a gentleman named Billy who made me feel like I was important and their only customer. He followed up after my roof was replaced to make sure I was satisfied. Robin Hood did such a great job my neighbors asked about them and I of course sent them to Robinhood.

When a storm ripped through our neighborhood last summer we sustained significant damage to our home, there was fly by night companies knocking on my door 5-6 times a day and I knew we had to do something, when I looked on my local social media neighborhood page all I heard people talking about was Robin Hood, I reached out and was more than impressed by this first class company! Nick the owner came out and handled the whole process from identifying the damage, to meeting with my insurance company and scheduling the work! Within a couple weeks from the day Nick showed up I had my brand new IKO Dynasty roof installed and was given a lifetime workmanship warranty all for just the cost of my deductible! Nick and his team treats you more like family then a customer! The craftsmanship and clean up from his crew was A+ and the communication was out of this world! I may not ever need another roof in my lifetime, but if anyone ever asks me who to use, I’ll say Robin Hood Restoration is the only choice!

On February 22nd, I needed to fix my spare bedroom. I reached out to 3 roofers to fix my roof because it got damaged by hail. One of them didn't want to work with my insurance company, and the other 2 turned out to be liars. Then, on Tuesday, March 30th, I met a sales manager named *** from Robin Hood Restorations. My friend saw them going around her neighborhood. She said she would get a $100 discount if I got my roof done with them too. *** brought his boss, ***, who is the Vice-President of sales, to explain how insurance works. I had to pay my initial check ($7435.96) plus my deductible ($750) by April 13th when the crew and shingles arrived at my house. The second check ($2,095.15) would come on June 22nd after they finished the work. *** assured me that I only had to pay my deductible, not the depreciation that my insurance doesn't cover. On August 18th, *** called me to say that I still owed $2,492.96 for the roofing. I called ***, and he dared me to file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com.

We got approached by Robin Hood Restoration, LLC in October, saying we needed a new roof. We decided to go with them and gave them a deposit of $6908.27. The shingles arrived in mid-December and were left on our lawn for over 2 weeks. They finally installed them on Christmas Eve and finished at 6:30 pm. The village inspector approved it based on pictures from the roofer, even though the office was closed that day. I texted them on the first Monday after the holidays, December 27, to have them come and take a look. The shingles are all wavy and bumpy. The salesman, who I think is named ***, and the owner, who I assume is ***, told me that they will straighten out in the spring when it gets warmer. I told them that I will pay the remaining balance when they fix it, but the text they sent me with the details is blurry and hard to read, even when I tried printing it out. They said I should pay them now, but other roofers have advised me to wait. I had the inspection reopened, and it passed, but it noted that the shingles are not flat due to the cold weather installation. I will wait until the weather warms up and they flatten. I have told *** multiple times, both verbally and through text, that I have no problem paying when they say it's right because even they admitted it's not correct now. However, they have now put a lien on my house and threatened to damage my credit. They are also trying to charge me $294.00 for the lien. I will pay them when they confirm it's okay and the roof is not wavy. They haven't been able to do that yet. I want the lien removed, my credit intact, and assurance that they will honor the warranty. I also want a legible copy of the contract. I will pay them when the roof is not wavy.
