Excelent service. Would highly recomend to anyone looking for a quality roofer. Process took only a week, and install only took a day.

We hired this Company to replace our roof on 02/08. The workers did a great job doing the roof and came back to fix some small issues. The company damaged and replaced our front gutters. Their customer service, though, has been terrible! We've had to call them over and over again for repairs and solutions. The company bent and damaged our rear gutter guards and won't tell us when they'll fix it or if they'll even repair the damage they caused. Even after many calls, we still don't have an answer. This Company approached us, we didn't reach out to them. We want them to fix the damage they caused. The leaf guards are bent and not sitting properly anymore, which makes the rain run off the roof onto the deck, potentially causing damage. We let the insurance company know.

This company is the bomb! They did a bang-up job on my roof. It looks so good, I can't even believe it. I talked to 3 other companies, but these guys were the bee's knees. They really know their stuff. Thanks a bunch for helping me out.

This company mailed me an offer to repair supposed roof and gutter damage from hail and assured me my insurance company would pay for it. I couldn't find no evidence of hail damage to my house. This seems to be a company that engaged in fraud to get business.

Very good company to deal with especially Vann who is very accomodating and prompt to respond to my questions. Southern Premier Roofing finished the job in a timely manner and did they're cleanup afterwards. I strongly recommend them because the are very hardworking and trust worthy.

Southern Premier Roofing is a grate company and they're staff is efficient and so easy to work with. *** helped me from inspection to completion and handled all the work with my insurance company. He made it super easy and roof looks amazing. They're team finished the job in just one day. Super pleased!

I got a letter from Southern Premier Roofing sayin' I had hail damage. They came over to my house, did a real good inspection, helped me file a claim with my insurance, and got my whole roof approved without makin' me pay more than my deductible. They were real good at keepin' in touch durin' the whole thing, and they explained every step real clear. This company deserves a solid 5 stars, no doubt about it.

Bewar. I got a letter from this company sayin I had hail and wind damage on my house from the storms on Feb 6th and May 31st. They were sure they could get the insurance company to replace my roof and I would only pay my deductible. My main concerns: 1) We didn't have hail from either storm 2) The letter had my name, but the next door neighbor's address 3) They said the neighbors houses had similar damage.

Im so thankful this company noticed a missing part of our roof after a large storm. We hadnt noticed damage in an upstairs room that we rarely go into and wouldnt have known for a while if it hadnt been for this company. The consulting process was quick, easy, and we had a new roof when the weather allowed again. All within a reasonable time frame. Every person we interacted with was kind and helpful through the process. Highly recommend.

I used Southern Premier Roofing after being referred by my neighbor. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about getting my roof replaced and answering any questions I had. After my roof was installed, I got a call from the Owner asking about my experience. I cannot recommend this company enough, they went above and beyond from beginning to end. Southern Premier Roofing sent me a letter sayin' that I might have hail damage. So, I gave 'em a call and this fella named Kent showed up to check things out. We went ahead and filed a claim after he did his inspection, and turns out, I had enough damage to get my whole dang roof replaced, along with them gutters too! I gotta say, I'm mighty grateful to these fellas. I wouldn't have had a clue otherwise. The whole process was a breeze, and Kent made sure to explain everythin' real good. If y'all need help with a roof replacement, I reckon you should definitely go with these guys. They know what they're doin'.

Had storm damage to my roof, leaking everywhere. Southern Premier claim specialist *** came out and looked over my roof and showed me my options. I would say *** was very respectful and kind. Me not knowing what to do, he took his time and explained everything. In all honesty, I didn't have to do anything, he took care of insurance adjuster, met him on the roof. A few weeks later, I had a beautiful new roof with no leaks. Home looks better than when I bought it new. Only cost was a phone call, many thanks to ***.

Received unsolicited form letter stating: "Hail hits on gutter, couldn't see from street." It also marks "Ventilation System" as having damage. There is no ventilation system damage. As in other reviews, another form letter states, "we are confident that we can get your insurance company to replace your roof." I will report this to my insurance company (top 5 nationally) so they can be aware. Southern Premier may reply they mixed up the houses. I believe someone sat in an office and filled out the form. Next time they should at least go to Google Maps (or Earth) and verify that the house has gutters. I would love to have a new roof but not at the expense of my insurance company. They have covered my property for 43 years. Had Southern Premier written, "We would like to do a free inspection of your roof for hail damage," I would not have responded. But it would have put their company name in mind for when I need an inspection or experience a leak. Southern Premier's work may be fine. Their advertising method makes me suspect.

The sales guys are great... The workmanship, not so much... The caulking, the cuts, the no weather barrier/wrapping on the wall prior to hanging siding, the list goes on... the follow-up, well it's been an entire year of "We will fix it", "We are sorry", "The siding that we ordered has not shipped", "We haven't found workers", "Your not asking for much thanks for being reasonable", "We appreciate your patience"... Well, I see their trucks everywhere... I see their trucks with supplies everywhere... I see they have people working everywhere... Why haven't they come fix the issues... What was off putting was the fact that the very next day that they supposedly wanted their money because they were "done" (someone in the office called saying "we need to draft today because we are done") and they left me a mess with no supervisor, of which I thought that is why they were charging me this ridiculous price to have someone come and make sure it was done correctly. I could have gone to a big box place for material and in addition picked up the labor as well and could have done it for half the price (not what I wanted to do)... The sales reps sold me on premium, sold me on quality, sold me on trust... Their crew and leadership failed them... now I'm waiting for someone to contact me, of which has been over a month since the last "We will fix it". I was given a person's number to contact... so now I'm the contractor?... Meanwhile my home has no siding on one spot, the rain has warped the channels.. My friends laugh at the calking walking in the house (of all places) ...etc etc... The NC Contractor complaints is 30K for a claim, looks like I have one... hope this helps someone looking to do business with them, and if you do, you better take some vacation time and watch everything they do, cause apparently, their supervisors won't. I hope one day (if ever) they call me to dispute the said above is incorrect... Won't hold me breath!
