I go to this store every day. It is 3 minutes from my home. I know everyone that works there. Justin is AMAZING. Tonight, however there was a new old man working there. His name was Dwight Henderson. He would not listen to anything I was saying nor could answer a question. When he was scanning my rewards off my phone, told me it was not working. I then said I saw it ask me if I wanted to use it and he cancelled out the payment. Then he scanned the barcode again and said it wouldn't read. So I asked him if he needed to scan it again and he replied put your card in, pay and leave. So at this moment I got very frustrated, and said I understand what you are saying, but I don't believe you are understanding what I am trying to ask. Again he said woman put your card in and go. Then I was just over it at this time put my card in and he spoke louder and said "transaction declined, leave" I then told him I have cash and also money on my card that it happens a lot with Eastman Credit Union cards where they are made out of recycled plastic. So he told me to put my card In again and it approved my payment. I told him thank you, and I turned to walk away he proceeded to call me a [censored] as I was walking out in front of at least 10 people. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I turned around and shook my head. I have never actually took the time out of my day to submit a complaint. I also have never been called a [censored] by an associate in front of 10 people in a store either. I understand when your at work and busy it can get flustering, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude to your customers.
