10 10 2018 hwy 14 landrum burger king in nasty as hell, and no matter what time you go in the store part, only one register open other workers outside smoking, this store has a wait to get out longer than walmart, i know this store is turning a huge profit, pay more money and get better help than the white trash that you have, you people have no business in retail sales

The employee didn't assist me with my simple question about the cigarettes I was asking to look at I told him can I see what different kinds of American spirit cigarettes (which are chemical free) so that I could buy the most convenient one for my wife who is coming down off of smoking due to being pregnant (wanting a healthy child) he told me rudely what you see is what you get and didn't pull any of the packs off the rack i asked him personally is everything alright and sarcastically said yes so i just told him get me a pack of l&m red 100's and a dollar jumbo and cashed out and left I've never had an employee never attempt to not help the slightest bit to my issue normally with a little issue with bad customer service I let it slide but this one just kinda got out of hand

- Im asking that this guy is either wrote up or fired because he is not happy with what job he has

My name is Krystal Burnette, I stopped in at your gas station at around 1:30 pm at the store located beside the Virginia ABC store. The cashier was extremely rude towards me. Had a tone that was unacceptable when in a customer service job. I felt so very embarrassed when leaving i heard her talking about me to the customer behind me. I was only making small talk with her and don't understand why people with that kind of attitude even show up for work. I have only work the same kind of jobs and would never treat someone like that. I will not be stopping in there anymore. Have stopped in this locations many times and always treated great. Don't want anything, just think maybe she should be told that the customers are what keeps the doors open and her a job, and there is no need for her behavior.
