August 10, 2024, approx. 10:30 PM. I opened a stack of crackers and found live worms both inside and outside the stack. I disposed of them in the trash.
August 11, 2024, I checked the remain stack and found more live worms! Looking closely, I found a small hole by the end of stack where the crimping sealing occurs. I also found more inside the package.

After 80 years of enjoying Ritz, it seems like they decided to add an unwelcome protein option. Could've been worse — you caught the issue before taking a bite. Let’s hope they sort this out quickly, because worms definitely aren’t part of the classic Ritz recipe.
