They took my car without permission and didn't even bother to tell me or the cops. I've been waiting for days to get my stuff back, but they won't even tell me where it is. This is some shady business, stay away from RITECAR LLC.

They sold me a car that didn't pass inspection
They sold me a car that didn't pass inspection. The car had a crack in the front windshield and the gas cover didn't close. I took the car to a BMW dealership because I couldn't control the speed of the car! Come to find out, the car needed $5,000 worth of work. They got mad at me for taking a BMW car to BMW. They told me the car had all these warranties, but the warranty guys wouldn't cover the issues because they were prior existing problems. The manager from the warranty company said they should have never sold me that car. I looked on Carfax and saw that it failed inspection, so they decided to drive 49 miles up the road to pay for someone to say it passed! The day I brought the car, they went joy riding in it. He spilled soda and went to go pick up pizza. Very unprofessional.
