Rite Aid review: Pharmacy management

The Rite Aid pharmacy on 5430 Peach St in Erie Pa is beyond terrible. No one ever answers the phone. I used the automated refill line and was told the prescriptions would be ready by 3:30. The automated line was never picked up. The counter tech said they had 3 people call off sick and we close at 8pm. The drive thru was shut down also. I told them I needed my blood pressure meds as I was high risk for stroke. She didn’t seem to care. The line was long and I could barely stand in line to wait. Told to come back again 3:30 the next day. You don’t deprive sick people of medications. On top of that I am a cancer patient and depend on medications. Where is the management here? The pharmacy would be responsible if anything happened. Very upsetting.
