RHP Properties review: Office hours

A Colorado Springs location Their office hours are so inconsistent, 9/10 times i've gone to the office just after they're supposed to be open 9, i show up 9:20-9:30 no one in office. I go at 4:30 they close at 5 and NO ONE go more in the middle of the day sometimes there will be someone but i don't usually have time for the middle of the day due to my work schedule. So this is company i've lived in this place for 4 years and don't ever ask for anything from this office anymore because they're always closed. Im sick of these inconsistent hours why not just stick to the posted hours? Anywho don't rent property if these yahoos are in charge of it. I would add a pic of their posted times, but the photo uploading isn't working. Their posted times are mon, tue, thur, & fri 9-5 wed 9-7 sat and sun by appointment. It is currently monday 9:35 as i submit this complaint.
