I have lived here about 3 years and wish I never bought my house. Management picks and chooses who they want to enforce rules to. Lot rent is ridiculous and goes up every year even though they do nothing to improve the area. We have no pool and we pay lot rent as if we do. The management at my place is very hateful and never answer the phones. I would recommend running not walking from this place.
