Scam and Bad Customer service
I been calling and emailing every day! I want my money back now. I will never order from these scamming thieves ever again! I paid for two day shipping and everything! Of course after I didn't receive my order I see thousands of complaints alllllll over the Internet. If something is on back order, you need to update your website to reflect that. You have horrible business practices because a good business would not have these many complaints, would not have a full voicemail for days on end, would email customers back, would update their website if items are not in stock, would inform customers that order two day shipping that they will not receive their order in two days, would answer their phone calls, and would not have to tell people you are a legitimate site because your customer service is supposed to speak for you. I will NEVER order from this site and I will be writing negative reviews on this site every time I think about it! Thank God I used paypal, because you probably would have stole my credit card information if you could.
Scam – don't buy from them, they deliver nothing
I ordered wig and hairs from the website www.tophairwigs.com. I paid through PayPal and didn’t receive any confirmation info. After that I contacted their customer services and asked about my order. The reply was stupid and they told me to be patient and waited more time. After 5 weeks again nothing. I was sick with it and contacted my bank, so they would help me to get my money back. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
I ordered a wig on December 16, 2014 all I get was that my order is awaiting fulfillment. I have been calling the phone goes straight to voicemail and no one responds to messages or e-mails. This site is a piece of ###, I should've known something was wrong when I submitted my first payment through paypal and it was refunded. I however went ahead and reordered with another credit card and now this is what I'm experiencing, no wig and no refund. If I could catch these scamming ###. I NEED MY WIG!
I order a wig last month almost 30 days ago no email or wig .I been trying to contact this company forever .If I don't get my wig by the end of the month I will be contacting my lawer.
