Quicken Home loan

In process of getting loan. Quicken has been calling us for 2 years. We finally pick a house and start the process. We have been passed off to multiple "closers" and we submit paper work and all we hear is that they are processing and evaluating our paperwork. We already have a loan with them. We have now passed our closing date and on it goes round and round and this client advocate and that processor will be reviewing. We have no idea if we will ever close. NEVER AGAIN We need someone to intervene or we will start over with someone else.

Quicken billpay

Long time user... until they screwed up everything connected to the billpay service. Deposits they were to make never happened; called and was told they had a computer failure (a billpay service with bad software?); so their accounts, mine and others, were just closed; so, please reapply - long form to fill out; I am disgusted with their poor service and refuse to do this all again with a service that can't even get their customer accounts under control? Nah.
