I stayed here for two and a half weeks for business. My room keys quit working on multiple occasions. When I talked to the manager, Byron Baldwin, about not getting housekeeping because I worked nightshift, and I slept during the day, he said I just lost out on that amenity. Terrible customer service customer service

Don't waste your time trying to contact these people about any issues with codes not working or issues entering contests. They simply don't care and will pretty much tell you it's not their problem. Regardless of how many codes don't work they only will give you 3 codes per calendar year. Had to call about 4 times to receive the 3 codes and overall should have just forgotten it as it was such a hassle and took so much time. If you care about your sanity and time avoid contact with Cokes "customer service" at all costs.
