Pest control and lawn care
Their unethical business practices are why they are not a member of the Better Business Bureau. I have been a client for many years and the service got worse as time went on due to employee turnover and lack of training. Just trust most of the other people's bad reviews. Do not use them. They lied to me when I first signed up to the service. Someone named john the sales person told me the over $300 yearly service I signed up for will take care of ALL pest issues. But it did not. Still notice roaches and other crawling incests around the house after the first and 2nd apply. Not to mentioned they did not even show up for the scheduled 2nd spray. No one even called to reschedule. I had to call them to rescheduled. Then Two days ago we noticed some fleas on our dog, I called them and was told they were going to send someone over to take care of the flea problem the next day. We took half of day to wait for them then to find out the additional flea service is $190 for one application. Not only that, the person who came over did not have the equipment to perform the flea control? They wasted half of my day just like that. A total nightmare company. I can't believe they are still in business. Will report this to bbb ASAP.
lawn treatment
During a unwanted soliciting call to our front door Reverend Brian Zitt, Oldsmar Sales Manager, told me my yard and landscaping looked horrible and his services would really help. After accepting his card so I would have place to complain he drove off over our landscaping. Yes Reverend Zitt when treated the way you do our once in good shape landscaping now does look poorly due to YOUR visit.
Pest control
Pest Bear Company has serious customer service issues. Their billing department is totally messed up. They went ahead and invoiced me for some pest control work service that was never done on my property, and when I asked them for proof of service, they did not respond. I tried reaching out to them to clarify the situation several times, but I was not successful getting the help I needed. Most of the time their phone system cuts you off; consequently, you do not get the service that you are looking for. I am totally dissatisfied with their customer service. "Customer Beware of this site!"
Poor service/Bad Employer
As a former employee, there is many things I can tell you why this company is bad news and a complete sham. I know that being a former employee could make anyone think I'm just venting and trying to do harm to a company that did me wrong. . Rest assured, I am not writing this for retribution but to make consumers and potential employees aware of the joke...

I have been offered pests spray by the phone, and accepted technician to come to inspect my house with no obligations. He came, I said that I will call him back, but he put the note in the computer that he sprayed my house. Since than PestBear are blackmailing me to pay for the one year contract that I never signed. I asked them to send me the contract but instead they yelled at me and gave my "debt" to collectors. This is terrible!
I have had a real good experience with this company.
The same thing happened to me also. I complained at better business bureau at www.bbb.org and click the link 'File complaint'. Also, I did file a complaint with florida attorney general at http://myfloridalegal.com/ . I heard that if attorney general receives complaints like us, they can initiate independent inquiry against such companies.
