I stayed here for two and a half weeks for business. My room keys quit working on multiple occasions. When I talked to the manager, Byron Baldwin, about not getting housekeeping because I worked nightshift, and I slept during the day, he said I just lost out on that amenity. They messed up my reservation and charged my card 4 times. When I told him (Byron Baldwin) I made my reservation for 2 weeks, he showed me a computer screen and said, "This doesn't lie.", as if his incapable employees couldn't have messed up my reservation.
