No break for the Children
Science Boffins is a great concept and the children thoroughly enjoyed all the games and experiments but we ordered and paid extra for slime. This was supposed to be for an extra half hour after the one hour standard party. I wanted to have a break for food between the two parts but I was told that this would cost extra because the entertainer would just be in attendance and not performing whilst the children were eating. This seems to me to be very unfair.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
UNRELIABLE. VERY VERY RUDE (to the children)
Very unreliable my friend used there service. arrived 1.5 hours late. so ended up paying an extortionate rate for very little time. alot of the "experiments" did not ammuse the children atall. i Myself used this company unbeknown my friend had (i only found out when we met up for coffee and it came up in conversation). again arrived 30 mins late for my...

I think that this is an unfair comment. You are buying the entertainers time so it stands to reason if you want them for more time it would cost more money
