Very unreliable my friend used there service. arrived 1.5 hours late. so ended up paying an extortionate rate for very little time. alot of the "experiments" did not ammuse the children atall.
i Myself used this company unbeknown my friend had (i only found out when we met up for coffee and it came up in conversation). again arrived 30 mins late for my child. Then rushed through everything he did. dropping liquid objects on 2 different occasions. also very rude answers to the children as if he just did not want to know. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COST!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We are very sorry for your complaint. We have tried to make content with this customer to try to find out exactly what went wrong and what we could do to correct anything if it was our mistake. We regret that this person is not prepared to discuss the matter so there is very little we can do to verify the position with her or her friend.
Science Boffins prides itself on doing hundreds to parties to thousands of happy children. Sometimes things go wrong - traffic jams caused by motorway crashes and the like but if ever anything does go wrong we will always do whatever we can to put it right. We hate to let down the children and hate to fall short of expectations.
