Qexpress reviews and complaints

I have ordered items on 24/11/2017 and the delivery date was supposed to be 2/12/2017 and since then i keep on calling more than 11 times and I only hear lies from the customer service team, the item is not delivered and the courier doesn't have a specific day for delivery despite the promises I receive from the customer service agents and the Manager who apologized and promised to deliver the items yesterday or maximum today and its not happening.

I have yet experienced the worse service delivery again with your delivery people.

I have ordered a shipment 15 days back, after calling them several times and being promised this package will be delivered but i havent received it after calling them daily. I have to say this is the worst ever service delivery I have received in my life to be LIED to strait in my face.
This package was a gift for me I even told the customer service that I will meet up with him that's how important this package was, they kept saying tomorrow and now its been 20 days and still have not received it.

I will never pay for a package online again if needed I will rather pay by the door as I noticed that as soon as my money has been paid into your account there is no service delivery.

QEXPRESS IS WORST

The call center have no coordination with operations. Coming from the sellers' side, it is a great loss for us whenever are products are not being delivered to customers on time. Our orders have are supposed to be picked up 2 days back, called the call center the next day and was informed it will be picked before 5pm the same day but when I called to follow up with the pick up they just said it will be picked up the next day which is delaying the delivery for more than a week. As a result, the customers return their orders. This happened a lot of times already.
