Beware - I ordered some batteries. Nothing arrived. I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere. Two months later they took a payment from my card. They have disabled the phone line. Trading standards are investigating them. They are known fraudasters who harvest credit card details and sell on
Hi, I wanted to replace my ni.cd, s with 15 nimh batteries for my drilling machine, I signed on ebay and went on to several sites for prices I found batteryplus at the right price and ordered 15 batteries, delivery time 2 days free postage, when they did not arrive I emailed to ask what was the hold up and received no reply, tried to ring the phone number operator said it was not listed, after 2 weeks and emails i received email that batteries have been posted on receipt of batteries ordered, but on opening package ni.cd batteries have been supplied which i do not want, I have checked with ebay who accessed this firm for the public to buy from now say it is not their problem, is there any way to get my money back ?

On Sat. I had sent one of our guys to pick up a Motor Cycle Batterie which cost $90.00 The guy just took it off the shelf and didn't charge or fill it. We placed it in the bike and the damn batterie didn't turn over the bike and then melted the (-) terminal. I took it back and the guys wouldn't offer me a new batterie or give me my money back. There was obviously a manufacturing problem with the batterie and they would warrenty it. There was no way the (+) or (-) were connected back wards, our guys work on boats and bikes daily. We did end up buying new batterie from Batterie Wearhouse which worked and we had no problem with... So I called to speak with the manager Tom Tran on Wednesday morning and the guy was sarcastic and completely rude. He said it was our problem and to just deal with it. THEY ARE A SCAM
