The seller doesn't reply and my order hasn't been shipped
I have purchased cleansing kit from A&B Detox Incorporated. I placed order on Friday evening and I got email that it would be shipped on Monday. On Monday I didn’t get the email about the shipping. I waited one week and the seller didn’t provide it. I emailed the seller, but he ignored my emails. No idea what to do next. I am worried that this seller doesn’t respond to my questions.

I purchased cleansing kit from A&B Detox Incorporated. I have placed the order on Monday and have paid the additional fee for the express delivery. I got the email from the company that my order would be shipped tomorrow and I should expect it within 1-4 days. I waited the whole week and my order hasn’t been delivered. I contacted them and said that it wasn’t professional. They agent excused and said I would get money for the shipping. I still didn’t get money or order.
