ASX data
I purchased a lifetime support package for ASX daily data. Since the 20th of October the daily data has ceased. Trying to contact the company has met with no response via their contact page. There doesn't seem to be a phone number to call them on either.

They have found a way to get around their "work from home" job listing on seek.com.au - where they used to spray their ads all over under any listing they could.
I fell for it - I got caught out and now face a $9, 990.00 credit card debt PLUS when I asked for a refund (or in their case, for them to onsell the software and refund me - which I have in writing that they say they will do so), they refused, changed their tune and told me to sell it myself. I have since incurred interest and repayments on the credit card that I cannot afford.
Just so you know, the software DOES NOT WORK as promoted.
Sure, technically it works. Looks good, pretty convincing.
BUT, it actually doesn't perform as described.
It does NOT make money for you and you WILL lose money and find yourself in the same lousy situation I am in. In debt, and without means to meet the repayments.
AND BEWARE - they will arrange finance for you through their broker - they don't care that you may be unemployed like I was, and that I was on very low income.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Purchased a copy of TAB, software delivered, but no password supplied, unable to access software.
Called number above, left message multiple times, no reply.
Australian Satellite Data + Premium Data Services + International Data Group + Australian Data Providers = The SAME company!
Continuously pedaling the SAME useless software under different trading names once word gets out about each company they change names and start all over hoping that people won't connect the dots...
They also have vague names such so it becomes difficult for people to look up (Try googling premium data...)
and so they can try to re-list it onto SEEK which forbids gambling program "businesses".
