I purchased a lifetime support package for ASX daily data. Since the 20th of October the daily data has ceased. Trying to contact the company has met with no response via their contact page. There doesn't seem to be a phone number to call them on either.

They have found a way to get around their "work from home" job listing on seek.com.au - where they used to spray their ads all over under any listing they could.

I fell for it - I got caught out and now face a $9, 990.00 credit card debt PLUS when I asked for a refund (or in their case, for them to onsell the software and refund me - which I have in writing that they say they will do so), they refused, changed their tune and told me to sell it myself. I have since incurred interest and repayments on the credit card that I cannot afford.

Just so you know, the software DOES NOT WORK as promoted.
Sure, technically it works. Looks good, pretty convincing.

BUT, it actually doesn't perform as described.
It does NOT make money for you and you WILL lose money and find yourself in the same lousy situation I am in. In debt, and without means to meet the repayments.

AND BEWARE - they will arrange finance for you through their broker - they don't care that you may be unemployed like I was, and that I was on very low income.
