They won't tell me why I'm locked out but I'm guessing that it's because I used a VPN, which isn't illegal! I've probably wasted over 12 hours talking with customer service in live chat. I won over 3500, and withdrew 2900. The pending period took forever so I finally contacted them ans the lady said that everything was good that just 3 echecks for 20. Each different months were returned and that I had a outstanding balance of 60. Which she said was fine that she will just take it out of my winnings and I will get my deposit on the Monday. Monday comes and I contacted them again and they said to call risk management. Which I did. Ans they asked for proof of deposit (etransfer) and the amount of money I had at the time of deposit. I am always in my over draft which I am allowed to spend as I spend extra fees a month to be able to use it. Ans when sending my bank statement the risk management team saw that I was in my over draft and immediately closed my account and said they can't pay out because I am NSF. And was NSF when I sent the etransfwr. But OBV the bank wouldn't let me send a etransfer unless I had money available to send Which I did. They voided my winnings and told me not to contact them. I was also getting double charged by them and was paying my echeck nsf fees. They would charge be double for every echexk I out in and then when they would put it on my account I would obv go NSF because they were charging me double then what the original echeck amount was. When I called they said that they charge double when you go nsf. And looking thru my statements not one echeck got returned into my account from it going nsf. My bank covered it all and then I paid the added nsf charges. On top if the cost of the actual echeck. So for months they were taking my money, charging double causing me to go NSF, me paying the bank extra for the NSF fees that casino rewards put me in. Then just to win and then my winnings getting voided. If that was the case they should of stopped taking my money how long ago and let me know that I had over 0 percent chance in winning. But they had no problem taking my money for me to place the bets

Desired outcome: either the money I put into the casino paid back to me because I basically had 0 percent chance of winning. OR IF THE CASINO was charging me double for any echecks that went nsf tgat it wouldn't be voided
Payment not recieved account locked
I have been playing at rewards casinos for 14 years didnt have problems with payments until a few days ago, I won the biggest ive ever won $2000 dolars they asked me for documents again which I sent and they accepted them, they even told me in chat the date I was getting paid! That day my account gets locked without notification I send an email and they tell me that my account and money were confiscated, saying I have multiple accounts and I abused the bonuses! They told me before I had other accounts and I asked for them to delete them they deleted one, they didnt usually have problems with me having other accounts but now that they have to pay they do! (I made a withdrawal 3 months ago and they did pay, why the problem now?) never when you deposit (oh but they can have like 20 different casinos and no one can complain, how could you remember if you had more accounts in their 20 different casinos if youve been playing for 14 yrs?!) ridiculous.
As for the bonuses, they keep sending emails, physical mails and even calling about bonuses! (mails seem like false advertising) and then they accuse you of abusing them! What a joke, I hope us people that get lied to and cheated get an answer and justice.

I have had numerous withdrawals taken away from me , they stated I have more then one playing account with same email which wont let me do that =they have kept 1600 and its frustrating and I get no answers , mu big concern is others getting scammed as well , I am a police officer and something is wrong I get emails all the time with bonus's and get screwed...

I keep getting crap from this stupid casino rewards company, and I have contacted them. Seversl times to have them stop and they won't... I have recieved over 20 items since the first time I had asked to be taken off the lists, and yet I am still receiving emails and texts and mail out from this place... I am sick and tired of their [censored]!... I want the stupid emails, texts andailouts to stop!

I played about 10 months ago. Won over 250$ but couldn't withdraw more than 50. They said the rest wasn't real wins or something shady like that.
They still spam me email (emails finally stopped after complain number 3 but everything else increased), mail, phone, textos... Even though I asked them to stop at least 7 times. It just makes it worst!
Stay away from this bs. Don't even think about it!

My husband has a gambling addiction. We have unsubscribed to MGM's emails multiple times and even blocked them, but we still continue to get weekly emails. At this point we are ready to speak with an attorney. This is harassment!
Few months ago i had on m'y account 444.00 dollars and when i ask to deposit on m'y visa they said that m'y money was confiscated
